These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of men’s and women’s clothing (“Products”) from Allsainteis’ official website (allsainteis.com, “Website”). By placing an order through the Website, you (“You” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy (both accessible on the Website). All transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD), and your use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

Order Placement & Acceptance

Order Submission

When you submit an order on the Website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected Products at the listed price (in USD). All orders are subject to Allsainteis’ acceptance, and we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for valid reasons, including but not limited to:
  • Product unavailability (e.g., a limited-edition men’s jacket or women’s dress selling out before your order is processed).
  • Pricing or product description errors (e.g., typos in USD pricing, incorrect details about fabric composition or size availability).
  • Suspected fraudulent activity (e.g., invalid payment information, unauthorized use of a payment method, or duplicate orders with inconsistent shipping details).
  • Incomplete or inaccurate order information (e.g., missing apartment numbers in shipping addresses, unrecognized size specifications).

Order Confirmation

Upon receiving your order, we will send an order acknowledgment email to the email address you provided. This email confirms we have received your request but does not constitute acceptance of your order. Formal acceptance occurs only when we send a shipping confirmation email (which includes tracking details for your package). At that point, a binding contract between you and Allsainteis for the purchase of the ordered Products is formed.
If we are unable to accept your order (e.g., due to unavailability), we will notify you via email within 2 business days and ensure no charges are applied to your payment method.

Fulfillment & Delivery

Order Processing & Shipping

Allsainteis is committed to delivering your Products efficiently while maintaining the quality of our clothing. We adhere to the following timelines and terms:
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). Processing includes verifying payment, inspecting Products for quality (e.g., checking stitching on shirts, ensuring seams on dresses are secure), and preparing them for shipment.
  • Delivery Time: After shipment, your order will be delivered to your designated address within 6–12 days from the date of the shipping confirmation email. This timeline applies to all deliveries, regardless of location.
  • Expedited Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Expedited delivery timelines and associated costs will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
  • Free Shipping: Allsainteis provides complimentary standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase requirement. No additional shipping fees will be added at checkout for standard delivery.

Delivery Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address and for being available to receive the delivery (if a signature is required). If a delivery is delayed, redirected, or returned due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, you may be required to cover additional shipping costs for reshipment.
Allsainteis is not liable for Products lost, damaged, or delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier negligence, extreme weather, customs delays) once the carrier confirms receipt of the package. You may contact the carrier directly via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email for updates on such issues.

Pricing & Payment

Currency & Pricing

All Product prices on the Website are displayed and charged exclusively in United States Dollars (USD). Prices include any applicable taxes (e.g., sales tax for orders shipped to U.S. states where Allsainteis has tax obligations) unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust Product prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a shipping confirmation email.
Promotional discounts (e.g., coupon codes, sale pricing) apply only to eligible Products and must be entered at checkout to be valid. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to existing orders, and only one discount code may be used per order.

Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods for orders, all processed in USD:
  • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
  • Digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  • Allsainteis store credit (issued via previous refunds or promotional offers).

Payment is processed immediately upon order placement; if payment is declined, your order will not be processed, and we will notify you via email to request updated details.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility & Period

You may return eligible Products for a refund or exchange within 60 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition—including intact tags, original packaging, and all accompanying accessories (e.g., care labels for clothing).
  • Clothing must be free of signs of wear (e.g., stains, stretched fabric, altered hemlines) and returned in the same condition as received.
  • Final Sale Products (clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page) are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return:
  1. Email our customer service team at service@allsainteis.com with the subject line “Return Request.” Include your full name, order number, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will respond within 24 business hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid shipping label (for eligible returns).
  3. Package the Product securely, include the RA number on the outside of the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned Product (typically 3–5 business days after you ship it), we will process your refund within 5–10 days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method in USD, matching the amount you paid for the Product (excluding any promotional discounts that are no longer valid).
You will receive a refund confirmation email once the request is processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider: 3–7 business days for credit/debit cards, 1–3 business days for digital wallets, and instant crediting for Allsainteis store credit.
We do not deduct any shipping costs from your refund for eligible returns, as standard shipping is complimentary for all orders.

Product Information & Availability

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate, detailed descriptions of all Products—including information about fabric (e.g., “100% cotton”), sizing (e.g., “runs true to size”), and care instructions. Minor variations may occur (e.g., subtle color differences in fabric due to dye lots) as our Products are crafted with attention to detail, but these do not constitute a defect and do not qualify for return unless the Product differs significantly from the description.

Product Availability

Product availability is indicated on the Website (e.g., “In Stock,” “Backorder”). If a Product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you via email within 2 business days and offer two options: (1) a full refund (processed within 5–10 days in USD); or (2) a replacement with a similar Product of equal or greater value (shipped via complimentary standard shipping).

Account Responsibility

If you create an Allsainteis account to place orders, you are responsible for: (1) maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password; (2) ensuring all account information (e.g., shipping address, payment details) is accurate and up-to-date; and (3) overseeing all activities conducted under your account.
